1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent of every government office. It does not store official criminal files, perform official checks, retrieve records, or submit paperwork on a visitor's behalf.

Its purpose is to identify the offices that maintain Webster County records, including the Sheriff, Circuit Court, Missouri State Highway Patrol CJIS repository, and Missouri Sex Offender Registry, and to provide access to relevant outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Visitors agree not to:

• Use site content for a hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decision
• Stalk, threaten, or harass another person with information found here
• Violate federal, Missouri, or local law while accessing the website
• Attempt unauthorized entry into site systems or accounts

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information from this website or a linked tool may not be used to threaten, stalk, intimidate, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Missouri's registry warning makes it illegal to use Missouri Sex Offender Registry information to facilitate a crime. Registry data supports lawful community awareness. It does not authorize vigilantism, employment blacklisting, housing discrimination, or direct confrontation.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Its advertising partners are not presented as tools for applicant screening, rental review, insurance rating, or credit decisions. Site or linked-tool data may not be used to:

• Set insurance premiums or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Make an employment decision
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or public benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated decision

A check needed for a regulated purpose must come from the authorized official channel or an appropriate FCRA-compliant provider, not from this website.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how a Webster County charge, conviction, warrant, or Missouri expungement law applies to a particular person. Consult a licensed Missouri attorney for legal guidance.
